Some of our apartments are suitable for two tenants.

If you live in a such an apartment alone, you will pay the standard monthly cost. However, for double occupancy an additional fee of 50% of the service costs – utilities will be billed.

Please give notice to the booking team during your booking if the apartment will be occupied by one person or two persons.
