What is the broadcasting fee (GEZ)? Do I have to pay it?

A broadcasting fee is charged for the use of public broadcasting services.

This fee increased to €18.36 per month, effective 20/07/2021.

For citizens over 18 years of age, the following applies: one apartment = one fee.
