Which payments do I have to make before moving-in?

The admission fee is due upon concluding the rental contract.

Before your rental contract starts, you must transfer the deposit (3x cold rent) 

You will find the bank details on the first page of your rental contract.

In addition, we need your SEPA direct debit mandate at least 14 days before the start of the rental period. If you do not have a SEPA-enabled account at this time, you must also transfer the first All-In price.

Please do not forget to state your booking ID, name, and apartment number when making the transfer. This way, your payment can be assigned quickly and easily.
