How do I open doors using the iLOQ app?

-Open the "iLOQ app". For both Apple and Android phones, ensure that your NFC function is activated.

- Your phone contacts the lock via its NFC chip. To lock or unlock the door, hold your phone near the black knob, ensuring that it are in contact. Make sure you use the part of your phone where the NFC chip is located.

- Once the connection between your phone and the lock is established, wait a few seconds for the lock to respond. You will receive a notification on your phone when it is ready. Keep your phone still during this process.

- You can now open or lock the door manually by turning the black knob.

If you have an iPhone, the NFC chip is located at the top next to your camera.

If you have an Android phone, the locations vary. Here you can find out exactly where the NFC chip is located on your model to find the best position to hold your phone.
