Which rental periods are available and what is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period in Darmstadt is 6 months and the maximum is 36 month.

The end of the rental period is either 31 August or 30 September each year. In some exceptional cases we also offer rental periods to 28.02/31.03. Please contact us via our contact form.

If you wish to stay longer, you also have the option to extend your stay.

It is not possible to choose the start or end of your rental period. The start of the rental period is always the first of the month and the end of the rental period is always the last of the month.
