It is possible to sub rent, but this must be approved by the landlord in advance. The minimum period of the sub tenancy is three month.
They will then forward your request for a sub tenancy permission to your landlord. The review of the request might take a couple of days.
If the permission is granted, the personal permission will be issued and send directly to your house management and has to be signed by you and your sub tenant.
We do not conclude a contract with the sub tenant, so you would have to clarify everything contractually with your sub tenant yourself.
