Can I sub rent my apartment?

It is possible to sub rent, but this must be approved by the landlord in advance. The minimum period of the sub tenancy is three months.

For that, send us a copy of your sub tenants passport and fill out this subtenant form completely. As soon as you send it, we will receive it automatically. We will then forward your request for a subtenancy permission to your landlord. The review take a couple of days.

If the permission is granted, the personal permission will be issued and send directly to your house management and has to be signed by you and your sub tenant.

We do not conclude a contract with the sub tenant, so you would have to clarify everything contractually with your sub tenant yourself.
