Can I sub rent my apartment?

It is possible to sub rent, but this must be approved by the landlord in advance.

To do this, you must fill out the sub tenant form and send it to us via our contact form. They will then issue a personal permission, which will be send directly to your house management and has to be signed by you and your sub tenant.

We do not conclude a contract with the sub tenant, so you would have to clarify everything contractually with your sub tenant yourself.
