At THE FIZZ, we aim to provide more than just a room; we offer a complete living experience. The Service Fee, which is already included in your monthly all-in price, covers a wide range of benefits designed to make your life easier and more enjoyable.

What is covered by the Service Fee?

• On-site House Management & Security: Our team is available on-site to assist with any technical issues or general questions, ensuring the building remains safe and well-maintained.

• Reception Services: * Parcel Acceptance: We receive your packages so you don't have to be home when they arrive.

  • Rental Items: Access to various household items (e.g., vacuum cleaners, irons, or games) available for borrow.

• Community Areas: Full access to all shared spaces, such as study rooms, movie lounges, community kitchens, and fitness areas (where available).

• Community Events: We organize regular events, workshops, and get-togethers to help you connect with other residents and feel at home.

Booking Requirements

Please note that while there is no longer an admission fee for setting up your contract, the following steps are mandatory to secure your room:

1. Signing the Tenancy Agreement

2. Payment of the Deposit (Kaution)
