What services does THE FIZZ offer and what is the service fee for?

The admission fee is due upon signing the contract (new contract, room swap) and includes the costs for the contract set-up.

The service fee is included monthly in your all-in price and covers services such as house management, security, reception service with rental items and parcel acceptance as well as the use of community areas and community events.

For Short-Term (6-9 month) the service fee is:  150,00€

For Long-Term (10 – 36 month) the service fee is: 100,00 €
