An all-in price is an all-inclusive rental price with an annual stepped rent of 3%. There is no additional utility statement at the end of the year, as consumption is not calculated individually.
Included in the all-in price is the cold rent, a fixed operating cost, Internet/Wifi/TV, and furniture rent.
Not included, however, is the GIS or broadcasting fee.
What is the broadcasting fee (GIS)?
What about the ancillary costs?
Our ambition at THE FIZZ is to enable you to plan your costs well for your studies. That is why we include the ancillary costs in your monthly all-in price in advance. We are committed to managing our ancillary costs as cost-efficient as possible.
Due to the current world situation, however, we may have to adjust your share of the additional costs during your rental period in the future. We guarantee that we will never make any profit out of such ancillary cost increases but these will only cover cost increases in the current market.
