How can I reserve an apartment?

You can book your apartment directly online via our website.

Step-by-step booking process:

1. Select your apartment

Visit our website and click "Book Now" in the top right-hand corner. Then select your preferred location from the list of THE FIZZ residences. Use the filters to find a suitable apartment, for example by move-in date, apartment type or features. Once you have selected your apartment and rental period, click "Book Now" to continue.

2. Register

Create an account in the THE FIZZ Tenant Portal and enter your personal details. Then click "Next Step" to continue. Once you have completed your details and selected a payment method, your tenancy agreement will be generated automatically. Your apartment will be reserved for up to five days.
