Which rental periods are available and what is the minimum rental period?

We offer: 

-Long Stay Campus Contracts are for a period of a minimum of 12 months and continue indefinitely as long as you are still an active student.  The Campus Contract tenancy agreement can be terminated at the earliest after 12 months, with written notice in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement. 

-Short Stay contracts, for a set period of either 4, 5 or, but no longer than, 6 months in specific units. An extension or termination of these contracts is not possible.  

Please note, that booking a Long Stay apartment after having stayed at a Short Stay apartment (or vice versa) is not possible. It’s also not possible to stay in a Short Stay apartment multiple times, even if there are gaps between bookings.

It is not possible to choose the start or end of your rental period. The start of the rental period is always the first of the month, and the end of the rental period is always the last day of the month.
