| To finalise your booking and secure your apartment, please complete the following steps: Sign the rental agreement. Digitally sign the contract and complete the SEPA direct debit mandate. Your apartment will be reserved for up to five days after signing. Please note that if you do not yet have a SEPA-compatible bank account, you can simply leave the bank details blank and provide them at a later stage. Pay the admission fee. Pay the admission fee for the move-in process by credit card or bank transfer within the specified time frame to secure the apartment. As soon as we receive your admission fee, we will countersign the contract. You will then receive your final confirmation via email. Tip: You can check the status of your booking at any time in the Tenant Portal. There, you can update your details, download documents or sign contracts. Detailed explanations and tutorials can also be found on our blog. Required documents: Please upload the following documents to the Tenant Portal as soon as they are available: Proof of status: Certificate of enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung), proof of training/apprenticeship, or an employment contract (for working professionals). Payment & Protection: The completed SEPA direct debit mandate and proof of valid private liability insurance. |
