Can I only book an apartment as a student?

Our residences are designed for a diverse and international community. You are eligible to book a studio if you match any of the following profiles: 
 

Education & Academics: Enrolled university students, PhD students, trainees/apprentices, and pupils. 
Career Starters: Interns doing practical training. 
 

Young Professionals: Depending on the location, we also offer a limited number of apartments dedicated to working professionals. 
 

Note for Young Professionals: If you are booking as a working professional, you can select this option directly during the online application process. Afterward, please reach out to us via the contact form so we can check and verify the specific professional room capacities at your chosen location.
