Which rental periods are available and what is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 6 months and the maximum rental period is 36 months. Rental periods are available in limited contingents, so certain durations may no longer be available once fully booked.

-The rental period usually ends on 31 August or 30 September
-In some cases, end dates on 28 February or 31 March may be possible (please contact us via the contact form)
-The move-in date is either the 1st or the 15th of a month, and the move-out date is always the last day of a month
-Individual start or end dates are usually not possible

If you are interested in staying longer, we usually reach out to current tenants a few months before their contract ends with an extension offer.
