Can I withdraw from my rental contract?

Yes, you can withdraw from your rental contract within 14 days after it has been signed by both parties.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply use the Withdrawal form in the Tenant Portal or submit your request via our contact form.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• you have visited the apartment before signing the contract, or
• you have signed a new rental agreement to extend your stay in your current apartment.

Once the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, your booking can no longer be cancelled. In this case, the contract can only be ended in accordance with the termination provisions stated in your rental agreement.
