When and how do I receive my confirmation of termination?

You will receive confirmation of your termination via email. The timing depends on the type of termination:

Standard termination: We will send your confirmation within one to two working days of receiving your termination request.

Termination via a new tenant: If you are moving out early by providing a new tenant, you will receive your confirmation only after the new tenant has completed and confirmed their booking in full.
