Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can continue staying at THE FIZZ Vienna.

 

Our tenancy agreements are unlimited period (open-ended), so there is no need to extend your agreement. Your tenancy continues automatically unless you decide to terminate it.

 

Depending on your booking type, you can end your tenancy at the applicable termination date by giving the required 3 months' notice:

 

Full-Year Stay: Termination effective on 31 August.

Semester Stay: Termination effective on 28/29 February or 31 August.

 

As long as you do not submit a termination notice, your tenancy agreement remains valid and you can continue living at THE FIZZ Vienna.
