Can I withdraw from my tenancy agreement?

Please note that a general 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tenancy agreements in Austria. Once the tenancy agreement has been signed by both parties, it becomes legally binding immediately.

 

If you wish to end your agreement, it can only be terminated in accordance with the regular cancellation and termination provisions specified in your tenancy agreement.
