When and how do I receive my confirmation of termination?

You will receive your termination confirmation via e-mail. The timing depends on the type of your termination:

 

Standard Termination: We will send your confirmation within one to two working days after we receive your termination request.

 

Termination via Replacement Tenant: If you are moving out early by providing a replacement tenant, you will receive your confirmation only after the new tenant has fully completed and confirmed their booking.
