What security precautions are in place at THE FIZZ?

To ensure that you always feel safe and secure in your individual studio and throughout the building, THE FIZZ combines different layers of modern property protection. Please note that the exact security features may vary depending on the specific location and building setup. In some of our properties, digital access solutions are implemented to enhance security and convenience.

 

Controlled Building Access:

Unauthorized external individuals do not have free access to the property. Main entrance doors and access areas are secured, and access is limited to registered residents, staff, and authorized persons.

 

Digital Access Solutions:

Depending on your specific location, THE FIZZ uses modern electronic access control solutions. Residents may receive a secure electronic key card or a digital key solution (such as the smart iLOQ system). In case a digital key or access card is lost, access can be deactivated electronically to help maintain security.

 

CCTV Surveillance:

To protect our international community and support a safe living environment, selected common areas, main entrance areas, and important transit zones may be equipped with video surveillance, always operated in accordance with local legal requirements and data protection regulations.

 

On-Site Staff Presence:

During regular office hours, our local House Management and facility teams are present in the building, ensuring that house rules are respected and supporting residents with any questions or concerns.

 

Nighttime Security Patrols:

At selected student accommodations (especially larger properties such as THE FIZZ Vienna Brigittenau), an external professional security service may patrol the premises during nights, weekends, and official holidays when the reception desk is closed.

 

Good to know:

Upon check-in on your move-in day, you will receive all important emergency contact information, including relevant maintenance contacts and, where applicable, security contact details, so you know exactly who to reach in case of an urgent situation.
