How and when can I terminate my rental contract?

It is not possible to terminate the tenancy agreement during the first 12 months of your tenancy agreement.

Afterwards, you can terminate your contract with a four-week period of notice of the end of the month. Simply send your original signed letter of termination via our contact form or per post to the following address:
