What means all-in price?

Your monthly all-in price consists of the monthly cold rent and the monthly services. It depends on the apartment size and features, such as balcony and floor, you booked. The monthly services consist on the one hand of your furniture, internet and ancillary costs, and on the other hand of the offered living services, such as house management, common areas or security service. It all adds up to your monthly all-in price. Additional costs arise once through the admission fee, which is due to process your booking, and through the deposit, which you will be refunded in full after you move out if there are no defects in the apartment.
