Can I sublet my apartment?

It is possible to sublet, but this must be approved by the landlord in advance. The minimum period of the subtenancy is three months.

For that, send us a copy of your subtenant's passport and fill out this subtenant form completely. As soon as you send it, we will receive it automatically. We will then forward your request for subtenancy permission to your landlord. The review takes a couple of days.

If the permission is granted, the personal permission will be issued and sent directly to your house management and has to be signed by you and your subtenant.

We do not conclude a contract with the subtenant, so you would have to clarify everything contractually with your subtenant yourself.
