What do I have to do before I move out?

Before you move out, please make an appointment for a pre-check with your house management to make sure that your apartment is in order.

Before you move out, you must restore the apartment to the way you found it. This means that you will remove your personal belongings from the flat, clean it, paint it if necessary, etc.

For your final move-out, a move-out date is mandatory. You can book this directly via our online calendar.

Is there the possibility to move out outside office hours, on weekends or holidays?

Unfortunately, this is not generally possible, as there is no employee in the building outside office hours (Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm). However, after consultation with us, someone can carry out the final acceptance on your behalf with a power of attorney.
