How can I terminate my parking space agreement?

f you no longer need your car or motorbike parking slot at THE FIZZ, you must actively submit a termination notice. Because parking spaces are almost always bound to a completely separate legal agreement, canceling your studio apartment lease will not automatically cancel your parking spot.

 

Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

 

An Independent Agreement: Your parking agreement functions entirely on its own. Even if you are moving out of the building completely, your parking slot remains active unless canceled separately.

 

Respect the Notice Period: Please review your original parking space agreement document to check your specific notice period. You must submit your request in accordance with this deadline for it to take effect on time.

 

Written Requirement: Your termination must be submitted in writing. Print out your termination letter, sign it by hand or digital, and upload the scanned document directly via our official online contact form or send it to us via post.

 

Remember the Return: If you received a physical garage remote control, an electronic gate card, or a dedicated key for your parking space, you must return these items to the House Management team at the front desk on or before the last day of your agreement.
