The all-in price will be debited monthly via SEPA direct debit. The all-in price is always debited on the fifth of the month. (A debit on your desired date is unfortunately not possible).
If we do not receive a SEPA mandate from you, you must transfer the rent manually by the fifth of the month at the latest.

Please note: If a direct debit is not possible, e.g. due to an uncovered account, you will have to pay the chargeback fees and other bank charges.
In addition, late payments may result in a reminder fee of €5.00. Constantly late rent payments can also lead to a written warning and ultimately to a termination without notice.
