Can I sub rent my apartment?

You have the option to request permission to sublet your apartment. The minimum subtenancy term is three months. Please note that we will only grant permission for the subtenancy—your contract with us will remain unchanged.

We do not enter into a contract with the subtenant, so you will need to arrange all contractual details directly with them.

When you have found a suitable subtenant, send us a copy of their passport and fill out this subtenant form completely. As soon as you send it, we will receive it automatically.
