Can I sub rent my apartment?

Subletting your apartment is possible but requires prior approval from the landlord. The minimum subtenancy period is three months; shorter periods may be possible in consultation with the Property Management team.To request permission, please send us a copy of your subtenant’s passport and complete the digital subtenant form. Once submitted, the form will be automatically received by our team. We will then forward your request for subtenancy permission to the landlord for review.If the request is approved, the subtenancy permission will be issued and sent to your House Management team. It must be signed by both you and your subtenant. Please note that we do not enter into a tenancy agreement with the subtenant. Your tenancy agreement with us remains unchanged, and you are responsible for arranging all details of the subtenancy directly with your subtenant. We also cannot accept any payments from the subtenant.

When you have found a suitable subtenant, send us a copy of their passport and fill out this subtenant form completely. As soon as you send it, we will receive it automatically.
