Can I sub rent my apartment?

There is the option to request a sub tenancy permission for your apartment. The minimum term is three months. We will only issue a permission for the sub tenancy and your contract with us would continue.

We do not conclude a contract with the sub tenant, so you would have to clarify everything contractually with your sub tenant yourself.

When you have found a suitable subtenant, send us a copy of their passport and fill out this subtenant form completely. As soon as you send it, we will receive it automatically.

Please note, that in case of a sub tenancy permission a fee of 25 € applies.
