How and when can I terminate my rental contract?

Long Stay:

It is not possible to terminate the tenancy agreement during the first 12 months of your tenancy agreement.

Afterwards, you can terminate your contract with a four-week period of notice of the end of the month.

Simply send your original signed letter of termination via our contact form or per post.

If you terminate via via e-mail, it must include the signed letter of termination as an attachment (a pure text message as an email is not enough).

Short Stay:

Since your contract has a set period, it can not be terminated.
