What do I have to do before I move out?

Before you move out, please make an appointment for a pre-check out with your residential management to make sure that your apartment is in order. This should be approximately 2 weeks before you move out.

Before you move out, you must restore the apartment to the way you found it. This means that you will remove your personal belongings from the apartment, clean it, paint it if necessary, etc.

For your final move-out, a move-out appointment is mandatory.

How can I book a move out appointment?

You can book your desired move-out date via our online calendar. We will make this available to you in time before your move-out.

Outside the main move-out period, you can contact your residential management by phone or email to arrange a move-out date.

Is there the possibility to move out outside office hours, on weekends or holidays?

Unfortunately, this is not generally possible, as there is no employee in the building outside office hours. However, after consultation with us, someone can carry out the final acceptance on your behalf with a power of attorney.
