Our shared apartments are similar to a shared flat. They are larger apartments with two or three separate and individually bookable bedrooms (with both a single and a double bed), and a kitchen, a living area and a tiled shower room, which you share.
Each bedroom is equipped with its own bed, a desk with chair, a closet and a bar stool.
The kitchen and living area have:
- a large fridge with freezer compartment
- a stove incl. induction hob and oven
- a dishwasher
- a dining table and chairs
- a cupboard for more storage space
Do I have to look for a flatmate myself?
No. You can also simply book a shared apartment without bringing anyone else with you. You will then be assigned a roommate.
If you and your friends each want to book a bedroom in a shared apartment, you are welcome to contact us.
What criteria are used to assign flatmates?
There are no fixed criteria according to which flatmates are assigned or the apartments can be booked. They are freely available to any interested FIZZie.
What happens if my flatmate moves out?
We will assign you a new flatmate. There are no additional costs for you.
How do I find out who my flatmate is?
For data protection reasons, we are unfortunately not allowed to give you any contact details. However, you are welcome to ask us about the gender of your flatmate during the booking process.
Can I use the other bedrooms if I don't have a roommate?
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to use the other bedrooms, even if they are empty. Your own bedroom and the shared spaces are of course always available to you
