Which payments do I have to make before moving in?

To ensure a smooth check-in and receive your keys, the following payments must be cleared in our bank account:
1.  Security Deposit: Equivalent to 3 times the net rent (excluding utilities).
2.  First All-In-Rent (if no SEPA mandate): If you haven't submitted a SEPA mandate, you must transfer the first month's rent manually in advance.

Important Transfer Details: You can find our bank details on the first page of your rental contract. Always include your Booking ID and full name in the payment reference so our system can allocate it correctly!
 

SEPA Deadline: Submit your SEPA direct debit mandate at least 14 days before your lease starts. If you do not have a SEPA-enabled bank account by then, you must manually transfer the first month's rent along with your security deposit. (For more details, see the infographic in our tutorial section).
