When do I have to pay the deposit?

The deposit should be paid no later than 14 days before your tenancy start date to ensure the payment is confirmed in time. The deposit amounts to three months’ cold rent. Please make sure to include your booking ID and full name  when making the bank transfer so we can allocate your payment correctly.
