How do I pay my all-in rent?

The all-in rent is a fixed monthly amount that covers all essential services and is usually paid via SEPA direct debit.

Payment is made monthly according to the terms stated in your rental contract. For this, we require a SEPA direct debit mandate If you do not have a SEPA-enabled account, you can alternatively pay the rent via bank transfer. 

The all-in rent includes the net rent, a flat-rate operating cost fee, internet/WiFi/TV, and furniture rental. Please note that the rent for long term contracts is subject to an annual increase of 4% and operating costs may increase depending on current developments. The broadcasting fee (GEZ) is not included in the all-in rent and needs to be paid separately.
