What is the admission fee?

The admission fee is a one-time charge specified in your rental agreement. It is charged in connection with the move-in process and must be paid no later than 5 days after reserving an apartment via our website.

The amount depends on the agreed rental period:

• 6–9 months: €249
• 10–36 months: €99

If you extend your stay and remain in the same apartment, no additional admission fee is charged.
