What happens if I pay late?

Rent is due on the date specified in your lease agreement. Because our billing processes are automated, late payments carry important consequences:

Late Payment Fees: If your monthly all-in rent is not received on time, a reminder fee of €5.00 will be automatically charged to your account.

Written Warnings: Frequently missing your specific payment deadline disrupts operations and will lead to a formal written warning.

Termination Without Notice: Serious or continuous delays can jeopardize your stay. If you constantly pay late, or if your rent is overdue by more than one full month, the landlord reserves the right to issue an immediate termination of your lease agreement without notice.
