What happens if I overpay?

If you accidentally transferred too much money or submitted a duplicate payment, there is no need to worry or open a support ticket. The funds will be processed as follows:

Automatic Account Credit: The overpaid amount is instantly registered as a positive credit balance on your personal tenant account.

Applied to Next Month's Rent: This credit will automatically be deducted from the all-inclusive fee for the upcoming month.

Automatic SEPA Adjustment: If you have an active SEPA Direct Debit Mandate, our system will automatically adjust the collection. On the 5th of the following month, less money (or no money at all) will be deducted from your bank account until your credit is fully balanced out.
