What is a debt-free certificate?

A debt-free certificate is a document confirming that you have no outstanding payments or open balances with THE FIZZ.

It is issued once all rent and additional charges have been fully settled. The certificate serves as proof that your tenant account is completely cleared. It can only be issued after at least two months’ rent have been paid in full.
