What is included in the operating costs?

Operating (ancillary) costs are already included in your monthly all-in price, allowing you to plan your expenses more easily. These costs cover typical running expenses such as heating, water, electricity and general utilities and are managed as cost efficiently as possible. Operating costs are charged as a flat rate, and a separate operating cost statement (Betriebskostenabrechnung) is not issued.

As operating costs are based on current market conditions, adjustments may be necessary in exceptional cases.
