How do I pay my all-in rent?

The all-in rent is a fixed monthly amount that covers all essential services and is usually paid via SEPA direct debit.

 

Payment is made monthly according to the terms stated in your tenancy agreement. For this, we require a SEPA direct debit mandate If you do not have a SEPA-enabled account, you can alternatively pay the rent via bank transfer.

 

The all-in rent includes the net rent, a flat-rate operating cost fee, internet/WiFi/TV, and furniture rental.

The broadcasting fee (GIS) is not included in the all-in rent and may need to be paid separately.
