When do I have to pay the deposit?

Once you have signed your tenancy agreement, uploaded your valid proof of enrolment to the tenant portal, and we have approved your documents, please pay the deposit by bank transfer within 14 days of your tenancy agreement being countersigned to secure your apartment. The deposit amount is equal to three net cold rent.

 

You will find our bank details in your tenancy agreement.

 

Please do not forget to include your booking ID, full name, and apartment number when making the bank transfer. This will allow us to identify and allocate your payment quickly and easily.
