What should I do if I don’t have a SEPA-enabled account yet?

No problem! You will find the document for the SEPA mandate in your agreement document and have up to 14 days after the start of the agreement to open a SEPA-enabled account and send us the completed SEPA form via our contact form.

 

Please note that the first all-in rent cannot be collected by direct debit or until a valid SEPA direct debit mandate has been set up, please transfer your monthly rent manually by the 5th of each month.
