How do I receive my mail and parcels?

You will have your own mailbox with your apartment number. 

Packages sent to your apartment will be delivered to our on-site parcel lockers, which you can access 24/7 on the ground floor. Parcels should be delivered either to the Bringme box or, if they are small enough, directly to the tenant's mailbox.

If a parcel is too large to fit in the Bringme box, delivery personnel are not permitted to access the residential floors. In such cases, tenants must arrange to receive the parcel at the building entrance or collect it from the designated postal collection point, according to the carrier's instructions.

Please note that the building office cannot accept, receive, or store parcels on behalf of tenants and is not responsible for missed or undelivered deliveries.

If you want to order packages, you have 2 options:

1. To your apartment, by using the correct address:

•    UTRECHT: Jonkvrouw Sanderijndreef, "your apartment number," 3562 LP Utrecht
•    LEIDEN: Ypenburgbocht "your apartment number," 2316 WB Leiden

2. To a central post point close by. 

Please note that the office does not accept packages.
 

Also take into consideration:

1. Never use 47 on your letters/packages, since that is the office
2. Never add your floor number or building letter, if you want it delivered to your apartment
3. Please be home when your package will arrive
4. The office is not responsible for the loss of packages or letters
