I am locked out of my apartment, who can I call?

If you have locked yourself out, please contact your house management team or reception during opening hours. They will assist you in accessing your apartment. 

Outside of reception hours, please contact a locksmith at your own expense.

If a locksmith is required, please be aware there will be a cost to you of approximately €200. It is recommended that you leave your 2^nd set of keys with a trusted friend in case you lose your keys or get locked out of your apartment.
