Where can I find the house rules?

The house rules apply to all THE FIZZ residences and help ensure a respectful and comfortable living environment for all residents. 

You can fidn the house rules in your contract. If you are interested in receiving house rules, simply contact us via our contact form.

Am I allowed to smoke in my apartment?

According to the house rules smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the community interior areas of the building.  If a violation of these rules is noticed, there will be a written warning including a fine.

Can I sub rent my apartment?

According to the house rules subleasing of the apartment is not permitted. If a violation of these rules is noticed, there will be a written warning including a fine.

May my guest stay overnight at my place?

Friends and acquaintances are welcome to stop by for visits. The tenant must notify the residential manager in advance if a friend or acquaintance will be spending the night.
