The SEPA Direct Debit Mandate is an authorization that allows your monthly all-in rent to be automatically deducted from your bank account.
The payment is usually collected around the 5th of each month
For this, we require a valid SEPA direct debit mandate
If you do not have a SEPA-enabled account, you must transfer the rent manually by the 5th of each month
If the payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the collection will take place on the next business day
Setting a customized or individual payment date is not possible
