When and how can I terminate my tenancy agreement?

You can terminate your apartment with a notice period of three months to 31.08. or 30.09. of each year.

This means that you can terminate your contract as of 31.08. without providing a new tenant or other conditions, as long as we receive your notice of termination by 31.05. at the latest.

To terminate your contract to 30.09, you have until 30.06 to send us your notice of termination.

Simply send us an original signed letter of termination per post or directly via our contact form.

(Please note that termination by e-mail is only possible if your contract does not stipulate a postal delivery).

We also offer you the option of terminating your tenancy agreement with four weeks' notice to the end of the month if you have found a suitable new tenant. Further information on termination by new tenant can be found here.

Please note that the lease agreement for your parking space must be terminated separately.
